One of my old go to office lunches. It’s full of flavour, under 400 calories a portion and absolutely bangin! There’s smoky spiced chicken, salad, mexican flavoured rice and a drizzle of chipotle lime yoghurt sauce. Perfect for meal prepping ahead and just as tasty to eat cold!
