Hunters Chicken Prep Bowls

One of my all time favourite meal preps, these hunters chicken prep bowls are gorgeous. Bites of bbq seasoned chicken, drizzled with bbq sauce with melted cheese and crispy potatoes.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Start by seasoning the potato with the paprika and parsley. Spray with a few pumps of olive oil spray. Toss to combine and then transfer to the airfryer. Cook at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes shaking throughout. Alternatively, bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

Love that this utilises pre-made sauce instead of needing to buy 20 different things. I used reduced salt and reduced sugar bbq sauce and ham left over from holiday celebrations and it’s perfect for meal prep!
