Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Start by frying the beef for 4-5 minutes until almost browned. When the beef is almost browned, add in the onion and pepper frying for a few more minutes until softened.
If you want a stronger taste to the cheese opt for reduced fat cheddar instead. This will reduce the fat content too. Of course, if you have the calories spare, you can make a cheese crust on both sides!
