Step 1

Add the chicken breasts to a bowl with the Thai red curry paste, Greek yoghurt, chopped garlic, ginger purée and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated, then leave to marinate for ideally 20-30 minutes if you have time but even 5 minutes will help! If baking the chicken over airfrying/pan frying, preheat the oven to 200°C fan / 220°C
