Meal prepping: Ensure the food is fully cooled. Store in airtight meal prep containers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until thoroughly warmed. This is also one you could eat cold from the fridge! This will stay in the freezer for 2-3 months. Ensure you fully defrost before heating through. If you cannot get fajita cooking sauce, sub for equal parts passata, along with an extra tsp fajita seasoning and a tsp chopped garlic.
