Notes

You can use any type of bread you like. -I used Tesco bake at home ciabatta for this recipe. They are 170 calories per roll and really yummy. If you ever take a trip to M&S their ciabatta rolls are also low calorie. This recipe used Leerdammer light cheese slices which is a Dutch semi hard cheese with a smooth nutty flavour. You can sub for emmental cheese, mozzarella or reduced fat cheddar cheese. Any of these will work well. I used Ribeye steak in this recipe. It's a personal favourite in our household and its packed full of flavour. Again, feel free to sub for any steak cut that you prefer.
