Notes

Cornflakes - I use Tesco own brand here, if you don't like to use cornflakes, panko breadcrumbs work well too. The key to making cornflakes stick is shaking off excess egg. If the chicken is too wet prior to dipping it will just make the cornflakes soggy. Crispy onions - I buy these near the sauces in the supermarket
