Absolutely loved this dish. Substituted chicken for my husband, wasn't his favourite meal I’ve cooked but my god it’s up there for one of mine. Cheese sauce and caramelised onions are to die for. Had to use baguettes as my local supermarkets sub rolls didn’t feel too great.
