Notes

This recipe results in a 'cakier' brownie. If you prefer a fudgier brownie you can try the below steps: 1. Reduce flour - by 10g. This will result in a denser brownie. 2. Reduce greek yoghurt - by 10-15g to remove some of the airy quality this brings. 3. As we use self-raising flour, omit the bicarb of soda. 4. Remove a couple of minutes from the baking time. Brownies will continue to cook in the pan when leaving to cool. Make sure to add the creme eggs in the last few minutes of cooking otherwise they will overcook.

I’ve made these many times before exactly as the recipes states and it always comes out perfectly! The creme eggs are perfectly gooey and it tastes amazing for so little calories! Today, there were no creek eggs in Tescos (duh wrong time of year) so we’re trying them with a handful or Heroes instead 🤭

Me and my son made these today, have made them about 3-4 times, my kids absolutely love them ❤️ we changed the topping today to milky stars instead of creme eggs. Very easy to make xx
