I used frozen crispy skin on fries here from Tesco. You can make your own for more volume and lower calories. If you don't fancy beef simply swap for chicken.

Our local Tesco doesn’t sell the pink slaw, could you suggest an alternative please?

Hey Caroline, you could either pickle your own, which I do by grabbing a ready made coleslaw kit, adding to a jar with 2 tbsp distilled vinegar and a touch of water and salt, give it a good shake before starting the recipe, or follow those steps with sliced red onion, or sliced cucumber with sesame seeds added. If you like it, Kimchi is a really nice addition too
