You can use a ready prepared stir fry veg pack instead of chopping everything yourself just add it straight to the pan and cook as above. Straight to wok noodles work well here too, just add them in with the sauce. Feel free to swap the veg depending on what you’ve got broccoli, green beans or mushrooms all work well.
