Notes

For prepping ahead of time you can double the quantity for how many wraps you would like. Ensure the wraps are completely cool before wrapping and refrigerating. The wraps will keep in the fridge for 4 days. To reheat the wrap, place in a damp paper towel and microwave it on medium for 1+ minutes until it’s heated through. I usually like to do 30 second intervals to prevent overheating. Alternatively, wrap your the wrap in foil and bake it for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius until heated through.

Didn’t have a big wrap so made it quesadilla style. So tasty!

Gorgeous! I found the mixture made six wraps when doubled rather than 4 so we have some spares for lunches this week.

Just incredible 🤤 I didn’t have green peppers only red and yellow so I did have to sub it! (note to self - get better at wrapping wraps!)

I wasn’t expecting this to be so much tastier than a regular fajita, but it really was!! The cheese sauce was sooo good and I loved adding some sweet potato cubes as a side!
