Cheeses - I like to use red Leicester especially where bbq sauce is used. It's mixed in this recipe with mozzarella, but you can make it lighter by using reduced fat cheddar grated.

A classic in our house! Husband has an aversion to pasta bakes (weirdo) so did it all on the hob!

One of my favourite recipes. Easy to make and great for batch cooking. I store the spare portions in the freezer and get out the night before to defrost. Then I just warm it up in the microwave for dinner

Yes! Let it cool fully, then portion and store in airtight containers. It freezes wonderfully up to 3 months, so you can reheat when needed. Enjoy! 😊

Made for dinner last night and having the other two portions for lunches. I used mustard instead of mustard powder. Tastes really good and quick to make after a long day!
