Chicken Kebab Flatbread

I live for a good flatbread in the summer, they're quick, easy and absolutely banging. Plus this doubles up as a cheeky fakeaway. If you don't have long to marinade the chicken, just leave it as long as you can!

Notes

The Lebanese flatbreads from Deli Kitchen pair really nice with the flavours of this 'kebab'. They are a little higher in calories than others you can buy, so you can use a normal greek flatbread from them or supermarket own brands. If you prefer to use hummus as your base sauce use that in replacement of the garlic sauce.
