Notes

My airfryer has the option to cook at different temperatures, if your airfryer does not have this option, cook the potatoes at 190 and extend the cooking time for 4-5 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy. You could make this recipe using white fish if you prefer. Pat it dry and toss in flour before dipping in the egg to absorb some of the moisture from the fish. Cook for 12-14 minutes. You can use any breadcrumbs or even crushed cornflakes if you prefer.
