Chicken, Brie and Cranberry Toastie

A cosy, high-protein toastie filled with creamy chicken, melted brie and sweet cranberry sauce quick to make and perfect when you want something comforting without loads of faff. For a lighter option, you can also pop this filling into a toasted wrap!

Notes

If using very thick sourdough, press the toastie gently as it cooks to help everything melt evenly. Swap brie for camembert if that’s what you have it melts just as well. You can also use a wrap instead of bread for a lighter option cook gently in the pan until golden and the filling is warmed through.
