To make the naans thinner, just roll them out a bit more before cooking. Keep an eye while cooking to ensure they don’t become too crispy. Glad you enjoyed it, Katie!

I did a deconstructed version of this so it was more like chicken tikka on naans but it was bloody banging 😋 (also sprinkled the cheese on top becos I forgot to put it in the naan ooops)

I was really looking forward to this one, it was delicious, though personally I’d like it a bit more spicy so will see how I can add extra heat next time, still very much enjoyed it!

Glad to hear you enjoyed the way the chicken is cooked, Katherine! If you're looking to balance the meal without adding too many calories, consider a light, fresh salad on the side. Give it a try, and I'm sure you'll love the combo!

Another delicious recipe - slightly overdid the naan (also struggled to get all of the flour into a dough) but was happy with the result regardless!
