This is one of those easy dinners that just hit the spot. It's got all of the flavours of the Philly Cheesesteak but loaded on top of rice with a cheesy sauce, finished with crispy onions and a few jalapeños, but you can customise and add whatever toppings you fancy.

Rinse the rice under cold water. Place in a saucepan with the water or stock and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil, then cover and cook according to packet instructions. Remove from the heat and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
