Notes

If planning to prep for lunch, let the kebabs cool slightly before transferring them to airtight containers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, preheat the oven to 180°C . Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and heat for about 10–15 minutes, or until warmed through. Alternatively, heat a pan over medium heat, add a splash of oil, and reheat the kebabs for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally. Calories without rice: 346 l Protein: 44.8g l Fat: 4g l Carbs: 28.6g

Wasn't able to make it with yellow peppers in the end but it was delicious with the sauce on the skewers being hot and sweet!

Had to make do with no kebab sticks or peppers:( But such a lovely dish!! Would definitely make again so sweet but spicy, also sooo easy took me no time & minimal clean up!!💞🥙🤤
