Wasn't able to make it with yellow peppers in the end but it was delicious with the sauce on the skewers being hot and sweet!

Had to make do with no kebab sticks or peppers:( But such a lovely dish!! Would definitely make again so sweet but spicy, also sooo easy took me no time & minimal clean up!!💞🥙🤤
