I recommend baking the chicken in this recipe rather than air frying, as it produces a much more tender result. Searing the chicken first locks in the juices, so it stays moist and flavourful after baking. If you are going to airfry, keep the temperature to 180 degrees celsius and cook as per the below (depending on your airfryer model).
