Meal prepping - this recipe can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge for 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container and allow to go completely cool before placing in the fridge. Halloumi swap - if you can't have cheese, this recipe is still delicious without it! Alternatively, you can swap for grated low fat cheddar (you could even bake it for a crispy top) or scatter over some parmesan for a stronger flavour. Rice - you could use microwave rice if you prefer an even quicker recipe! My go to flavour would be Mexican flavoured. The weight of the bag is listed in the recipe, so if you don't like to use parboiled bags, use the same weight of usual rice. Sauce - you can omit the garlic sauce if you prefer, if not peri mayonnaise is a delicious swap or even ranch dressing!

This dish seemed a bit overwhelmed with the herbs added, the ingredients say Italian blend and the recipe says oregano plus asks you to add double what you where asked to add.
