Sweet Chilli Chicken Skewer Potato Bowls

Step 1

Add the diced chicken to a bowl with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, salt, pepper, tomato purée, and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well until everything is coated, then leave to sit while you cook the potatoes so the flavour can develop.

Notes

If you don't want to skewer the chicken, just cook the chicken straight in the pan or air fryer and toss in the glaze at the end.

You can use sweet potatoes for a slightly sweeter twist (may need a few extra minutes)

Use whatever veg you’ve got courgette, mushrooms or even green beans all work
