Notes & Subs
You can swap the salmon for chicken breast or prawns if preferred just adjust cooking time accordingly. Prawns work especially well with the sweet chilli glaze.
If you don’t have orzo, small pasta shapes like macaroni will work, but you may need to adjust the liquid slightly.
The sweet chilli glaze is best added towards the end so it stay
You can swap the single cream for a lighter option like half-fat crème fraîche or a mix of milk and a little extra parmesan for a lighter version.
Spinach can be swapped for peas, tenderstem broccoli or even courgette depending on what you’ve got.
