Hot Honey Cajun Salmon Taco Bowls

Not to be dramatic, but I think this is my favourite salmon recipe ever. Cajun salmon brushed with hot honey, served with a fresh tomato and sweetcorn salsa, Mexican rice and a creamy chipotle yoghurt. It's the perfect fresh summer dinner.
