Chocolate Raspberry Crunch Protein Bowl

Another version of the yoghurt bowl I've been having a lot lately! Creamy vanilla yoghurt mixed with protein (although you can omit this), topped with fresh raspberries, crunchy granola and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. It’s sweet, slightly tangy and has a good mix of textures perfect for breakfast or I sometimes have half the amount as a high protein snack or something sweet after dinner.

You can swap raspberries for strawberries, blueberries or any fruit you’ve got.

Any granola works here depending on what you’ve got chocolate granola pairs best, but plain or nut-based works too.

If you don’t have chocolate sauce, a little melted dark chocolate or cocoa mixed with a splash of milk works as an alternative.

Adjust the milk slightly depending on your protein powder some need a little more to loosen properly. If you’d rather skip the protein powder, leave it out and reduce the milk slightly so the yoghurt stays thick. For extra flavour, you can stir in: ½ tsp cocoa powder for a more chocolatey base or a drizzle of honey/maple syrup if you want it sweeter.
