Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo

To meal prep: Let the food cool completely before sealing in airtight containers. This will last in the fridge for 3-4 days. Add a splash of water, broth, or milk before reheating in the microwave or on the stovetop to revive the creaminess of the sauce. Heat gently and stir occasionally to ensure even reheating without drying out.

In Australia GF orzo is impossible to get so I broke up some fettuccine for this recipe. It’s so creamy from cooking the pasta in the stock with such a small amount of cream!
