Could I use sun-dried tomato paste instead of sun-dried tomatoes and a different vegetables? My lot won't eat spinach 🙄😂

Yes, swapping to sun-dried tomato paste will work well! For veggies, try baby kale, which wilts nicely or finely chopped bell peppers for some crunch. Enjoy experimenting! x
