You can swap the fries for cubed potatoes, baby potatoes or simply omit and bulk out with more salad for an even lighter dinner.

Step 1

Start by cooking the fries according to packet instructions until golden and crispy. In the last few minutes, sprinkle over 2/3 of the listed smoked paprika and toss to coat.

Notes

You can swap the fries for cubed potatoes, baby potatoes or just bulk it out with extra salad if you want to keep it lighter.

If you don’t have skewers, cook the chicken pieces directly in the air fryer, oven or pan instead.

Chicken thigh can be used instead of breast if you prefer, just adjust the cooking time slightly.

Flatbreads can be swapped for pittas, wraps or left out completely depending on what you fancy. If using a packet of flatbreads, I always freeze the rest to avoid waste.

If you don’t have Worcestershire sauce, a squeeze of lemon or a splash of soy sauce works as a substitute

Add cucumber or red onion for extra crunch.
