Swap the bacon for bacon medallions or turkey bacon if preferred, however I recommend sticking to rashers for the best flavour.
Swap the little gem lettuce for iceberg or romaine.
A pinch of smoked paprika or a few drops of hot sauce can be added to the tomato mayo for a little extra kick.
If you don't have Dijon mustard, simply leave it out.
Wholemeal pittas are a great option if you'd like to add a little extra fibre.

Done mine on a flat bread as I forgot to buy pittas I also whapped in hot sauce coz well hot sauce is life
