Notes

Chicken breast keeps the dip lean and high protein, but leftover roast chicken works brilliantly here too.

The chicken and bacon must be fully cooled before mixing into the dip, otherwise the dip can become thin.

For an even stronger Caesar flavour, add 1-2 finely chopped anchovies or a small squeeze of anchovy paste.

Little Gem works best for scooping, but romaine or iceberg leaves work well too.
