Notes

Meal prep: You could make this ahead of time. I would make the gravy fresh at the time of serving and keep the potato in a separate pot Otherwise, this would hold in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat: Microwave: Heat the potatoes, sausages, onions, stuffing, and broccoli for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway until piping. Sprinkle the cheese on top, then microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Pour over heated gravy just before serving. Oven/Air Fryer: Reheat at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes, adding cheese halfway through to melt. Add the gravy once serving. Subs: You can use reduced fat pork sausage for this recipe if you prefer. Chicken or beef gravy works well, I tend to use beef to add a bit of extra 'meaty' flavour. Cheese is optional if you want to make this even lighter.

Fab recipe! Super quick and easy for a midweek dinner. I actually chucked the sausages in the air fryer and chopped them up after to add to the bowl which worked well. First recipe from the app and really impressed.

Another of our favourites (can you ever have too many?!) but swapped the potatoes for chips this time around. A very comforting and easy meal!
