Hey Sarah! Thanks for trying the recipe and sharing your feedback. You might find swapping a bit of the soy sauce for low-sodium broth also helps balance the saltiness, along with adding a little more water or increasing the bean sprouts to freshen it up. Give it another go and let's get it just perfect!
