  • Swap tenderstem broccoli for green beans or asparagus.

  • Add mushrooms after the onions have softened for extra flavour.

  • If you don't like sundried toamtoes, swap the 40g sun dried tomatoes for 15-20g sun-dried tomato paste for a smoother sauce with a similar flavour.

Ok so this WOW!!! Soooo good I went for asparagus and used sun dried tomato paste instead of chopped ones! This will be on repeat during the ber months that's for sure!
