Meatball Parmesan Pasta

Juicy homemade parmesan meatballs, a rich tomato sauce and cheesy pasta all come together for a proper comforting, budget friendly dinner. It’s simple but absolutely banging...the pasta soaks up all the flavour from the sauce and everything’s finished with melted cheese for the ultimate cosy midweek meal.

Notes

Optional extras
If you’ve got a few extras to use up, these all work well:

Grate in some courgette or carrot to the sauce for extra veg (it cooks down and blends in easily)
Add chilli flakes if you like a bit of heat
A sprinkle of fresh herbs like basil or parsley if you’ve got them
Extra parmesan on top before serving
