Slow Cooker Fajita Chicken Pasta

This is one of those dinners you make when you’ve had a busy day but still want something proper for tea. Everything goes straight into the slow cooker with no frying and no faff then you just stir through the pasta and finish it with melty cheese and crunchy tortilla chips. It’s smoky, comforting, high in protein and honestly tastes delicious. This can be done on the hob as a one pan meal too with written instructions below.

Add the chicken stock, passata, tomato purée, smoked paprika, fajita seasoning, diced onion, red pepper, green pepper and chopped garlic to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
