Notes

For extra vegetables, add shredded carrot, peppers or mangetout to the chow mein.

The curry sauce can be served on the side for dipping or poured over just before serving.

For lower carb, reduce the noodles to 1 and 1/2 nests for 2 people and increase the veggies slightly.
