The flavours are amazing but my chicken was quite soggy when I added it into the stock, so made the burger fall apart! Very messy but delish

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, Hannah! It sounds like there might have been a bit too much liquid left when the stock was added. Next time, drain any excess liquid after shredding the chicken or reduce the liquid more before topping with brioche - a bit of extra time under the grill could help to balance things! Give it another go, and enjoy those flavors!
