One Pan BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese

This is a banging midweek dinner when you want something creamy and comforting without loads of effort. The pasta cooks straight in the pan, soaking up the stock and milk as it goes, which gives you a proper smooth, cheesy sauce without loads of extra steps. Keeping the BBQ chicken separate means it stays sticky and slightly charred rather than getting lost in the sauce, so you get that contrast between creamy pasta and smoky, saucy chicken. Minimal washing up and high in protein, so it actually keeps you full.
