Lighter Bacon Cheese Turnovers

Who doesn’t love cheesy pastry? These lighter bacon & cheese turnovers are a fakeaway twist on the bakery classic all the flavour but a little easier on the calories. Flaky golden puff pastry is filled with bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and baked until crisp. Perfect for brunch, a grab and go lunch, or even a cosy weekend treat. They store and reheat well too, so you can make a batch ahead and enjoy them throughout the week.
