Honey Taco Beef & Sweet Potato Bowls

This bowl is banging. It’s full of flavour, packed with nutrients, and guaranteed to keep you full for hours. Smoky roasted sweet potato, sticky honey taco beef (which is so addictive) with fresh toppings and another drizzle of honey. You can make these a bit more indulgent by adding on some cheese or subbing for any other burrito bowl toppings you usually enjoy.

Notes

When it comes to sweet potato, I prefer to oven bake over airfrying as they sometimes lose water a lot quicker and shrink smaller. If you want to airfry them, I would cut the cubes a little bigger and cook at 180 degrees celsius for 18-22 minutes shaking part way through.

I adapted as I have no sweet potatoe and added cheese. I know this makes calories higher but I have counted them. Delicious good comfort
