Hot Honey Halloumi & Chicken Loaded Flatbreads

A speedy weeknight dinner we’ve been eating on repeat now it’s a bit sunnier. Juicy chicken, golden halloumi and fresh salad loaded into warm flatbreads with hot honey and a spicy mayo drizzle. You can easily make this a meat free dinner too by swapping out the chicken for more halloumi!

Notes

If you'd prefer to make this veggie, simply swap the chicken for halloumi and coat that in the seasoning and hot honey listed.

For a milder version, reduce the hot sauce in both the chicken and mayo, or skip the chilli flakes.

If you don’t have jalapeño juice, just add a squeeze of lemon or a splash of pickle juice for that tang.

Flatbreads can be swapped for wraps, pittas or even served as a bowl with rice or chips instead.

Add sliced cucumber or red cabbage for extra crunch.
