Hot Honey Chicken & Feta Potato Traybake

This hot honey chicken and feta traybake is one of those dinners you throw all on one pan and let the oven do the work. Crispy roasted potatoes, juicy spiced chicken and caramelised veg finished with a sticky hot honey drizzle and salty feta. If you prefer extra sauce, ranch dressing or garlic and herb sauce loosened with a touch of Greek style yoghurt tastes delicious with this and in the notes are some different variations you can make.
