Subs

  • Turkey mince or chicken mince can be used instead of beef mince for a slightly lighter option.

  • If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the sriracha to 30-40g and replace the difference with extra sweet chilli sauce. You can always add a bit extra directly into the pan if you want to increase it.

  • For extra vegetables and volume, add mushrooms, beansprouts, sugar snap peas or broccoli.

  • Egg noodles can be swapped for straight to wok noodles, rice noodles or wholewheat noodles. Cooking times may vary

Lower Calorie / Lower Carb: Reduce the noodles from 2 nests to 1½ nests and replace the extra volume with additional cabbage, peppers, mushrooms or beansprouts.
