Turkey mince or chicken mince can be used instead of beef mince for a slightly lighter option.
If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the sriracha to 30-40g and replace the difference with extra sweet chilli sauce. You can always add a bit extra directly into the pan if you want to increase it.
For extra vegetables and volume, add mushrooms, beansprouts, sugar snap peas or broccoli.
Egg noodles can be swapped for straight to wok noodles, rice noodles or wholewheat noodles. Cooking times may vary
