Nashville hot is traditionally very spicy. This recipe is up there with spice, so if you prefer milder heat, reduce the hot sauce to 1 tbsp and reduce the cayenne pepper. It’s always best to add more later! You can also add some pickle juice into the sauce when you make it for extra tang.
