You can swap out the muffin for a bagel, bagel thin, brioche bun or whatever works for you Use any cheese you like such as reduced fat cheddar If meal prepping these muffins, I would recommend adding the remaining hot honey when reheating.

I love bagels so swapped the muffins for bagels but they taste amazing !

Taste 11/10 but a bit of a nightmare to make because the chicken sausages mash up so wet. Even with baking paper sausage meat stuck to absolutely everything. Maybe needs either a refrigeration step for the patties or an additional agent like some breadcrumbs.
