This recipe does work best with room temperature bolognese i.e. leftovers. I have included a fresh batch in the video to show you how to make bolognese but it does result in very messy buns! If you need the full recipe for bolognese, make sure to search for 'Creamy Bolognese Loaded Potatoes' Make sure you do not skip toasting the buns otherwise they will end up sloppy.
