Honey Soy Roasted Carrots & Parsnips

I thought I'd do a separate post for these gorgeous veggies from the roast dinner. They go with so many comforting dishes such as pies, any mash based dinners, fish based dinners etc. They are sweet with salty depth from the soy and truly are a favourite in our household!

Preheat your oven to 200°C(fan). Note - you can line a baking tray with foil, or baking paper if you prefer! I like to let mine get sticky to the base before flipping for extra flavour!
