Notes

If you prefer you can just use 1 standard wrap and tuck your halloumi inside. If you fancy a lighter option, these are still delicious without the breading! If you fancy some extra tang, you can pickle your red onion. Add it to a jar with 50ml distilled vinegar, a pinch of salt and 150ml hot water. Leave it to one side whilst you cook the rest of your food.

I used cucumber as we ran out of lettuce and it was SO SO good. I've never made halloumi in the air fryer and it turned out so nice and soft instead of tough 😍
