Note - for quicker cooking, fry the eggs on the hob and add once the potatoes are cooked. They usually take longer to bake in potato style bakes. You can add chopped lean diced bacon too.

Meal prepped this for lunches but boiled some eggs to go with it as im not a fan of reheating eggs. Absolutely banging! Will definitely be making this again.
