This burger goes well with: Crispy potato wedges or fries air-fried or oven baked both work well. Sweet potato fries if you want something slightly lighter but still feels like a proper takeaway plate. Corn on the cob brushed with a little butter, lime and chilli flakes for a smoky BBQ-style side. Simple crunchy slaw - shredded cabbage and carrot tossed with a little light mayo and lemon juice Loosening the peri mayo with hot water turns it into a drizzle so it spreads evenly without needing lots of sauce.
